“Great place to stay”
My husband and I recently stayed for a month in room
138. The staff goes out of their way to take good care
of you. We have stayed at numerous motels, but we have
never been treated as good anywhere else. The manager is
very professional and always willing to help you with
your needs. We will use this motel from now on when we
go to Tampa! They made us feel like we were part of
their family.
“Great Getaway”
We found this motel to be a great value in a very
convenient location. Close to airport, Busch Gardens,
University of Southern Florida. The owner maintains a
clean and attractive property with outdoor pool. Very
good continental breakfast.

The rooms were really comfortable, it was a nice quiet
hotel, the people were so nice and helpful. Robert was a
very good help too all of us, he was very nice and gave
us all the service we needed. It was a great stay there
wasn’t anything wrong with it, we all had a great time
and were truly blessed to have stayed at this quality
hotel!:)
“Tampa's best hotel!”
The service and people are so nice on this hotels. They
are walking angels!

Went to visit our son at USF, great location, nice pool,
comfortably bed, needed extra pillows and towels, but
the hotel was very accommodating. Asked for extended
check out and they complied. I would stay there again.

Good price and neighborhood. The rooms are very clean,
although the decor is a little dated. Well kept grounds
and the staff was friendly. We'll stay there on our next
trip to Tampa for sure.

We were in town for vacation but arrived one day earlier
than our rental house was available. We only stayed one
night but it was clean, comfortable and a very good
price. My little one loved the kiddie size wading pool.
I would definately recommend it to others.

This hotel is very affordable,clean,and near
stores,restauraunts and attractions. The front desk
attendant is very helpful and knows how to give very
good directions!

Value for money: I am from the UK and had a long stay at
this hotel while touring the area. Excellent value for
what you pay (wysiwyg) the staff were extremely helpful
and friendly. Overall cleanliness was far higher than
other higher rated hotels I've stayed in. Some days the
room was cleaned better than others but never left
dirty. The pool was immaculate. Location was perfect,
near I275. If you are on a budget I cannot rate this
hotel high enough!

Good value for the price: I liked the value for the price
we paid. They have good service oriented attitude and in
good location. Close to Busch gardens and other malls,
shops and restaurants.
